Very nice accommodation and very clean. Comfortable bedding. The host is friendly and was kind enough to adapt to our constraints

We were2 families with 2 Adults and 2 Kids each stayed here for 2 nights. It is Located on a outskirts of Paris in a very calm and peaceful location. Just 10mins to Disneyland by car. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Nice little cottage located in a quiet area. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Unfortunately, there is no parking space on the property and there is not always one on the street near the house. If we visit Paris, we will gladly rent the cottage again.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

Great looking place, clean, quiet. There is a giant electric power line right outside the front yard but did not bother us and check in time is kinda late but Really loved the spot super well equipped. Would recommend trying it out here if youre headed to disney

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

I stayed one night at this listing. To begin with, it is very functional, very well arranged and very clean. In addition, I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for the duration of my trip. In the morning, Carmelo took me to the airport and even offered to pick me up for a more than reasonable price. It was superb and the host is very kind and helpful

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We loved our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect! Only one train stop from Disney and about 30 minutes from central Paris on the train. The area is clean with lots of places to eat or supermarkets if eating at home! The apartment was clean and homely, check in instructions were clear and helpful. We loved it and would 100% book again! Thank you!

We came for a weekend with friends at Disneyland, and we were very well located about 10/15 min away. The apartment was identical to the photos, freshly renovated, it is very nice and you feel good. The bedding is very nice, this apartment is well equipped Very good communication with the hosts. Would highly recommend! ✨

This place was great. In a good location that was quiet and peaceful with easy transport connections (bus a few hundred yards away, RER Noisiel a mile or so away for links into Paris and Disneyland). No issues with getting keys from lock box and access. Apartment was perfectly clean with all facilities catered for, including towels. Everything worked as it should and I wouldn't hesitate to recommened this apartment and we'd happily stay there again.

We are a family with three kids, 6, 10 & 12 yrs old. Great base location for Disney and also to get into the city for sight-seeing. A few minutes walk from train station (RER red line A), loads of restaurants and a shopping center with a Carrefour. We had a fantastic time.
