What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Nice space, quiet neighborhood, large kitchen, it was useful to have a washing machine, dishwasher, water fountain on the fridge. I would go back! Also loved the terrasse, the 2 seperate bathrooms, beautiful lighy coming through.

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We especially liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With a breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. Perfect for a family to combine city and play. But even without children, it is very nice, there are 3 workplaces for mobile working! We will be happy to come back!

Mei My partner and I were glad we took the apartment as it is outside of Paris, so perfect to arrive by car. There was an underground car park where we could park the car. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and as described. The check-in and check-out were super easy, it was communicated exactly how it works and if you had questions you were helped immediately. You can quickly reach the city center of Paris by train. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. We recommend the place.

From the first moment Paul has been the perfect host - very open and friendly communication and great tips about Paris due to his knowledge of the best locations. The apartment delivers the breathtaking view over Montmartre seen on the pictures. The rooftop terrace is the perfect location to enjoy sunsets with friends or a loved one - very romantic and insane atmosphere during the Champions League final!

The place was good and we felt like a homestay. The host was very attentive and responsive.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with all comforts. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us as princes, Iteb took the time to introduce us to the accommodation and explain how each equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is simply stunning! 14m long swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state of the art massage seat! Just awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We were also lucky enough to be able to access his amazing fully equipped cinema for a private session that we are ready to forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to come back! This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Pedro was a spectacular host. Professional and responsive. He wanted to make sure that we had a great stay in his very nice apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Easy to get from CDG with shuttle. Hotel was clean and restaurant was nice to have below. It was a great experience working with Pedro. The video of where to go in CDG was extremely helpful. I come to Paris often and I will stay at this place again. Thank you for making it easy and enjoyable.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
