Our cozy apartment has a living area of approx. 60 sqm and a terrace of approx. 20 sqm. It is furnished for 4 people. The living room is divided into a living, cooking and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a wellness shower and a washing machine. The barbecue area is currently being renovated, but is usable.

I offer you my small apartment in a semi-detached house in quiet Nauen. The apartment is located in the attic, about 900 m from Nauen train station. Berlin BhfZoo can be reached quickly (25 min). The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. Havel pure and unadulterated to feel good and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the Scheunhornweg marina (see Internet portal). Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.

Kick back and relax in our quietly located little home sweet home. Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

A large apartment for 4-6 persons in Pension "Am Alten Weinberg" (in total we have 3 large apartments for 4-6 people and 4 small apartments for 2-4 people). The apartment for 4-6 people each consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower and toilet. Our restaurant is exclusively open for seminars and celebrations, we do not have an a la carte operation. Tourist tax (€2.00/P/day) still needs to be paid on site.

The 40 sqm bungalow is located on a 400 sqm property and has its own swimming and boat dock. With us you will find the tranquility and relaxation you are looking for.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
