Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Toowoomba Regional

Such a beautiful place and peaceful! This is my second time here and it was perfect for my friends and i. Highly reccommended. The views are incredible!

The house had everything we needed. Judith had kept everything labelled and with clear instructions. Responded within seconds. Loved our stay here 😊

I was extremely satisfied with this stay. At first, I was drawn in by the Airbnb photos. I had never heard of Hirstglen before, and honestly, I booked it just for this beautiful cottage. To my surprise, the house was surrounded by a fenced yard, perfect for my furry friend to run around in. Outside that, there was an even larger fenced area where we could hike and enjoy the scenery, accompanied by friendly cows along the way. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated by the hostess, featuring a charming countryside style that I love—vintage wall tiles, kitchenware, retro window frames, and stained glass. The blend of old and new in every corner brought me joy and a deep sense of relaxation. It's a feeling you just can't get from a boutique hotel. We enjoyed a bonfire, marveled at the starry sky unpolluted by city lights, and went apple picking in Stanthorpe. It was a wonderful family trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Steve and Annie's place! Lovely home with plenty of tea and a relaxing front porch to enjoy it on. Plenty of blankets and the heater kept us warm even though it was chilly outside. Really well setup for travelling with kids too. Host has setup the cot for us and there was a cupboard of toys and highchair too! Made it super easy to travel with my baby. Really close to Toowoomba for sightseeing. Super peaceful, quiet and relaxing getaway. Thank you! We would highly recommend to friends and look forward to staying again!

Cooyar country comfort. What a wonderful little cottage in a beautiful rural QLD town, we felt worlds away from the hustle and bustle of sunny coast life and that was exactly what we were after.

We had a wonderful stay in Toowoomba for a wedding and Maryke’s place was a great spot to stay. The cottage has everything you need, and is walking distance to a great cafe.

Caroline’s place was stunning, situated on lush green lawn with views and sounds of the bush made it so peaceful and relaxing. The house and bedrooms were all great size, with the master bedroom being luxurious. This house had everything you needed with nothing to fault. The whole family loved it and we would definitely stay again.

Loved the house as it gave our group of four couples their own space and privacy (bedrooms/ bathrooms) but we had shared spaces that were comfortable and conducive to socialising. The tennis court being right next to the house was easily accessible and lots of fun. The outstanding feature(s) were the beds and bed linen. All four couples raved about how comfortable the mattress and pillows were. That coupled with the quiet neighbourhood afforded everyone a good night’s sleep. We did have some minor hiccoughs (broken Nespresso machine and plumbing issue) but Ruchi was very responsive in dealing with these issues. It didn’t take long to drive into Toowoomba for dinner and lunch but we also had Thai takeaway delivered to the door. Thanks Ruchi for a really lovely stay.

The firebreak team was amazing! Property was stunning and for anyone looking for a private romantic getaway this is it! Facilities were stunning aswell as the property 100% would return and recommend to anyone ! Can’t wait to return again !

Honestly such a beautiful place, the photos don’t do it justice. You can see the stars at night, and our dog loved the beautiful grassy areas. She stuck her head out the window as soon as we were close, getting super excited. She got the mega zoomies when we got there. Cannot recommend this place enough. Small and dainty, everything you need. The kitchen utensils were beautiful. Very minimalistic but got everything you need. Such a gem close to Brisbane, looking forward to exploring all the tiny homes available in Australia. Loved the fire and the chairs too.

This venue was perfect for a nice weekend away. Easy to access and offered everything to have a meal considering it is a decent drive from the nearest town. Very peaceful and private. Will definitely visit again.

We loved our stay, so quiet and peaceful. Nice to lay on the deck in the sun on a cold day and enjoy the sounds of nature. Of an evening it was nice not having a tv and to play monopoly by a cosy fireplace.

We will definitely be back! The Quarters at Firebreak is our new favourite place. This was the most relaxing, luxurious and tranquil retreat we have ever visited. Every creature comfort ( and then some!) was provided. The spectacular, ever changing vista, the complete serenity, the bird life, the sunset, the view from the decadent bathtub on the verandah, the privacy, the incredible, star filled night sky from down by the fire pit, whiskey by the fireplace on the comfy couch. The carefully curated interior design, right down to the signature scent, the matching bathrobes, flax linen sheets and comfiest bed ever! Everything was perfect and worth every cent. Would stay here a million times over we were so relaxed and not to mention the animals loved having a visitor daily from the beautiful dog and the goats were cute. Damen and his wife were very accommodating and so fast with their response time.. Can not recommend this enough it’s definitely worth staying at so much that you will never want to leave 🥰

Had a really nice time here. Secluded places are hard to find on Airbnb. This is definitely one of those properties where you are by yourself to unwind & relax. Highly recommend this place !
