Waterfront holiday rentals in Toogoom

We were certainly not disappointed with our stay. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable, clean and in a great location. We love walking and did three 10km walks along the esplanade. There is secure underground parking and a nice pool. I have no hesitation in recommending Helen’s property and would certainly return if we were coming up to Hervey Bay again.

We had a great stay here. A good inside space for kids to play on rainy days and easy to get around town from.

The house is really luxurious and clean, however the best part is that the beach is directly across the road! We went to the beach every morning and afternoon and went back to the house in between for lunch and it was perfect. It’s walking distance to the pier, and a short drive to the esplanade shops. The outdoor shower and tap was very helpful. We were a group of 6 and it comfortably fit all of us and two cars. Would be a very great house for families with children as there is a small play space provided. Our stay was enjoyable and we all said we’d return again!

We had to make a last minute booking when we arrived in Hervey Bay as our booked accommodation had cancelled at the last minute. Michael very kindly booked us in, and his place was a great find. Across the road from the beach, close to the bus stop, and places to eat. He provided beach chairs and umbrella, bikes to get around and even a fishing rod, although it was too wet and windy to try them out. But there was a good collection of books and games to see use through. Being a ground floor unit was perfect for us, and it had everything we needed. We never had an issue parking our car out the front on the street.

We had a wonderful stay in Kelly's unit. The location is unbeatable, right opposite the beach, making it perfect for our beach days. The unit was well-equipped with everything my son and I needed, truly making it feel like a home away from home. I especially loved the pool – a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The nearby cafes in both directions were fantastic, offering plenty of options for coffee and delicious meals. I also really appreciated the early check-in and the prompt action when I had an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Torquay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It’s spacious and clean, close to the beach and has a wonderful swimming pool in the front of the house. Close to restaurants and the pier. Markets on Saturday morning. I just wished we could’ve stayed longer. Will be going back whenever we are in the area.

Had a wonderful stay. Everything that you could want in an air bnb. It was clean, tidy and well maintained. We loved the central location and that we could have our little dog with us. Luke was a superb host with excellent communication. We loved our stay.

Had an amazing stay! The host was very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The place itself was beautiful — spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you could need, which made meals really easy. And the beach views were absolutely stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely place to stay and catch up with family and friends. A quiet area with very little through traffic with a short walk/ run to a long stretch of quiet beach. The house itself was huge with plenty of room for people to spread out. It was well set out for entertaining a large group but there was still ample opportunity to have a bit of quiet space if you desired. It was a perfect place for my 60th weekend and I would recommend it for anyone wanting a chill family gathering. Thanks again to Haden and the team at CHM. Graeme.

Lovely unique beach side cottage. Had all the amenities required plus some thoughtful extras from the hosts. Pam and Bill will very friendly and helpful with information and going that little bit further. Lovely stay in the bay

This property was excellent for our holiday stay. It was absolutely pristine and spotless on our arrival, one of the cleanest properties we’ve arrived at. A beautiful location, no neighbourhood noise and a walk straight out the back door onto the beach. Large carport and garage so the boat was undercover. Also it was perfectly set up for our small dog who loved the place and her walks on the beach. Great safe spot for the kids to explore around the sand flats and amuse themselves. The only issue worth mentioning was the barbecue, the burners need replacing (one didn’t work at all).

Easy access to house. Nice homely feel, quiet and private. neighbours are friendly and helpful. John was super friendly, helpful and responds quickly.
