The rental part is 250 sqm, high standard. There is an apartment in the downstairs, rental part is not included. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Child friendly home with various opportunities for activities indoors and outdoors. 10 min walk to Tønsberg city. Short way to Tjøme and the end of the world. Pets can be brought by arrangement. Separate living room/TV/lounge.

The entire yard is fenced for dog. View of castle mountains from the garden. 10 minutes to Tønsberg. 1 hour from Oslo and 20 minutes from Torp airport. Walking distance to Amigo playland. Short distance to Skyland and High under the roof. 15 minutes to the nearest beach.

Luxury house on Rørestrand with pool and panorama

Fantastic location 200 meters from one of the nicest beaches in all of the East. Countercurrent pool buried in spacious outdoor kitchen, shower and daybed. Large TV with all of the channels in a cozy living room on the 1st floor. Panoramic views from large parts of the house including the bathtub and the “sewing room” on the second floor. Small football pitch. 3 bedrooms of which 2 have bunk beds with double bed in the lower bunk. The sofas in the living room can be combined as a double bed. Modern kitchen with “everything”of equipment.

Modern child-friendly house centrally located in Tønsberg.

Very attractive located in a well-established villa area. Here you have walking distance to everything you need: Tønsberg city center with all the downtown features such as shopping opportunities, bus terminal and railway station. Tønsberg pier with cozy cafes/restaurants and bustling nightlife. Walking distance to Andredammen where there are swimming opportunities. Otherwise about 10 minutes drive to the great beaches of Skallevold and Ringshaug. There are also regular buses. Nice hiking and outdoor areas right in the nearby area.

Welcome to a stylish and modern house. Interior wise thought out, how good the reality is as good as the pictures suggest! Amazing west facing patio with large swimming pool, garden room, lounge area as well as gas grill and dining area. The property is located in quiet and rural surroundings on Sem in Tønsberg municipality. From the property there is approx. 15 min walk to Sem city center. There you will find bakery and other shops as well as 15 mins with a car to the center of Tønsberg.

Tim’s house was fantastic - beautiful views of the water (and a short walk to the beach), well set up for my solo travel, and Tim was very flexible and extremely communicative. Right as I arrived the local power went out, and Tim proactively texted me asking if all was ok, and stayed in touch. I didn’t have a car, but that would be useful for groups in the future as it is a 25-30 minute walk to town (or a short bus ride, but buying bus tickets was pretty confusing for me). Highly recommend.

The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The stay in Tønsberg was very cozy for the whole extended family. Definitely worth renting the home for larger families or a group of friends who want to enjoy themselves. Game nights in the outdoor kitchen under the heat lamp, edible plants in the garden and summer idyll on the jetty in Tønsberg.

We had a wonderful time here with our 3 children (3, 7, 9 years)! The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated and also has a nice outdoor area. The location is quiet in a residential area. We felt very comfortable at Christine's!

We visit twice a year to see family in Teie and Tjome and we loved this location which is alsp across from Spar grocery store. We loved walking to the school which had a massive playground open to the public during summer holiday with zip lines, swings, courses and a skateboard ramp. the kitchen and it's offerings is fit for any gourmet chef and easy to entertain family for dinner! the two living rooms was so comfortable and the rooms as well. lots of fresh towels and beach towels and the washer plus dryer worked well. we will definitely be back! thank you for sharing your home with us.
