The home is very comfortable with good amenities including washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, vaccum cleaner, toiletries and required vessels for basic cooking and serving. Lawson's is just 1 min away giving you the necessary requirements immediately. Overall it is a 5 star experience at home.

Great place to stay in Tokyo! Great location! Very efficient host: receptive and responsive! All instructions are clearly translated and illustrated. All essentials needed from pre-arrival to Japan, and up to check-out are all properly and timely communicated. Tokyo-Ryokan is indeed so “user-friendly”! The place is so clean, fresh, and organized for a comfortable and restful sleep after a tiring day of exploring the city. Reasonably-priced, too. Very highly, and strongly recommended!

It’s a quiet environment within walkable distance from Nippori station (which is accessible to Skyliner from Narita Airport). Mostly satisfied with the stay, kitchen well equipped, toilet with bathtub which my children enjoyed. If I were to give some feedback, the 1L kettle is too small to boil enough water for our family of 4 (we drink boiled water), the sofa bed which we utilized as an extra bed has a metal bar in the middle which is quite uncomfortable, the Aircon vents need some cleaning. Ultimately still value for money for the price, location and the space in Tokyo which will be quite expensive if we were to get a 4/5 star hotel in similar place.

Would recommend if you are with a big group or have a lot of family members. If you don’t want to stay crammed inside a hotel, this is really the place to go. If i ever go back, I’ll be booking this airbnb again!

Absolutely great find - walkable within 5 minutes to either Nippori / Nishi Nippori station. Host was also very responsive with our requests! The apartment was also as per the pictures and even though there was no dryer - the hanging dryer system worked perfectly! :)

Great location in a not busy spot in Tokyo, and conveniently located really close to the JR train station which is connected to all of the major areas of Tokyo (Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc). If you get tired, there’s a lot of great nearby restaurants as well as convenience stores not even a minute away. The hosts, Helen and Sozo, were very proactive and communicated well to make sure we were accommodated for.

Cozy little apartment in an extremely convenient location in Asakusa. Walkable to places like Ichiran ramen, Senso-Ji shrine, and the Tokyo Skytree complex. It was nice to walk across the street to the Asahi beer shaped headquarter building and have drinks on the top floor, overlooking the vast city skyline. Great way to end the night! Also a 5 min walk to the train station to move all around Tokyo and use it as your home base. Stairway into the apartment was a little narrow with big suitcases so be careful! But it’s manageable. Beds were comfortable and arranged side by side with curtain dividers. Would definitely recommend this stay for the price and the location is unbeatable.

入住体验相当不错！房间很干净，空间足够用，几个行李箱完全摊开都没问题，可以睡床也可以睡榻榻米，而且还能看电视！靠近路边会听到车和乌鸦的声音，最好准备一些耳塞，楼梯比较窄搬行李有点费劲，但都是小问题，房东友好又贴心，总体来说非常满意！还会再来！

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette résidence, comme nous avons des jeunes enfants, le voisin s’est plaint du bruit, on a essayé de faire le moins de bruit possible. À part cela tout s’est très bien passé, l’hôte répondait vite et la vue est juste magnifique 😍 comme sur les photos, une belle terrasse avec une très belle luminosité dans l’appartement 😊, je recommande vivement

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb near Eifukucho Station in Tokyo. The location is excellent just a short walk to the station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The host was lovely, very attentive and flexible, and went above and beyond to assist, even helping me with the disposal of a large item during my stay, which I really appreciated. The room itself was well laid out, with a smart use of space that made it feel comfortable and functional. All the appliances provided were of good quality and worked perfectly, from the washing machine to the microwave and other essentials. I also found the instructions for using everything very easy to follow, which made settling in hassle-free. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Tokyo with a kind and helpful host.

This place was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was nearby a very convenient subway. The space is a little tight for 2+ people with a lot of luggage, but it was very clean and nice :) Also, since it is unmanned, you cannot send your luggage here, but can send luggage to a nearby Yamato Pickup Counter and Uber back or walk it back which takes about 15 minutes.
