We had a lovely time at the lodge. It was perfect and it met all of our needs. The lodge felt very homely and you can tell that there has been a lot of thought that’s gone into making sure that the space is fully equipped. It’s also very clean and well decorated and fully furnished. Corrina is definitely a super-host. I stayed there with my partner and child. They both had a great time. We were fortunate that the weather was nice so we were able to make the most of the pretty garden. The location isn’t too far from the beaches and other attractions. Yep, we’ll definitely be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the house, all the children loved it and the various higgledy piggledy stairs and rooms made it extra exciting for them running around. The tennis courts were used a lot and we spent many hours playing in the garden - it’s enormous! The pool was good, and the sauna was perfect for warming up afterwards! The whole house was clean, felt very homey and had everything we needed - Overall a brilliant holiday - thank you very much Sophie and the team!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Thank you for an absolutely lovely stay, we just had an impromptu night away with our children, and Diana's place was perfect. The barn was beautiful and ahad a lovely cosy, homely vibe. The pool was fantastic, my son absolutely loved it. We greatly appreciated all the essentials left for us in the kitchen. Diana and her husband were both lovely and there was plenty of information about the local area. Easy to find and lots to do locally, spotlessly clean and relaxed check in and late check out we're really helpful. We'd love to come back again!!

Extremely happy with our recent visit. We stayed here for a yoga retreat style weekend as a group of friends. The host was very helpful and gave us a tour on arrival and was on text messages if we needed anything. We brought our own yoga mats with us and did yoga on the decking with beautiful views surrounding us. We had a private chef cook us a meal - the kitchen was super modern and clean, dining tables outside and inside so if it's sunny you can make the most of the outdoor space. We visited local Yotes Court Vineyard for a tour which was fab and only 15 mins away by car. The property felt very clean and the facilities were perfect. Would 100% recommend and would visit again.

Such a lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very helpful from the outset, we were able to check in earlier than expected which meant we could drop our luggage off and head out for the day. The cottage was home from.home with all necessities at hand. The garden is lovely and great for our dog to enjoy playing and to have a good run. Our dog caused a bit of damage in the cottage, which was totally out of character and I was mortified. Obviously we made our host aware and was more than willing to put things right. They were so understanding and appreciated us letting them know but had no problem with it and said they will sort it. They are such lovely hosts, even gave us a bottle of prosecco box of biscuits to welcome us. Situated in the middle of the countryside there are plenty of walks. We would love to return here again & totally recommend the cottage for a quiet getaway in the countryside. Be sure to visit Scotney Castle, only 15 minute drive & beautiful.

Greg’s place is a favorite indeed. It’s walking distance from all the places to eat and drink at. Greg’s always available and wonderful to speak with. Second stay in 4 months and looking to come back again soon.

Our stay was great! Linda furnished the accommodation very lovingly and made our stay a great experience. The connection to London is also great. Tip: Use Otford train station (about 10 minutes by car). The car can be safely parked there for £4/day. In about 40 minutes you are in the middle of London.

Had a great time staying here. Stayed for a work trip with a colleague, lots of space and great that there are 2 en suites. Gave us privacy. Frances was a lovely and friendly host, really responsive with messages. The badgers were the icing on the cake! They were so so cute, loved putting food out and waiting for a sighting. The garden is beautiful and really peaceful. Beds were comfy and bad a great night's sleep. Will be back! X

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We did have a little difficulty finding it, but it was rush hour and there was lots of traffic blocking our view. We phoned Mark and he helped us straight away. His communication has been brilliant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Everything you wanted was there. It was exactly as the photos portrayed. I would recommend it for a stay and I cannot praise Mark highly enough.

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

Charming listed cottage that overlooks a small green. Amazing deli shop 1 min walk away and lots of really nice pubs and places to eat . The property was spacious and clean , beds and pillows were comfortable. Has all you need . We would definitely stay again . Our host was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again .

Perfect for what we needed! An escape from the city. Peaceful surroundings and lots to do at the house (sauna, zip wire, badminton nets, football goals, etc)

Great find! The farm has tons to offer with a kids' playground and many walks. The house was amazing too!
