It has modern decor, rich timber floors, vaulted ceilings and is self contained to be comfortable. The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. This little one bedroom yurt in a quiet cul de sac has a semi bushland outlook. It is close to beaches and 5 minutes drive from Batemans Bay. Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport. Parking is also available on the street verge immediately in front of the yurt. Also parking space available for your boat trailer on the street verge. A quiet and private retreat.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
