The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and memorable stay in Buenos Aires!

I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

The apartment is beautiful! It really conveys a very nice energy and you can feel the love with which it is prepared. I already knew the neighborhood and it's super direct to get around in CABA. Villa Crespo is a beautiful neighborhood with endless options. Access to the building/apartment was super easy and practical. Everything was impeccable, tidy and ready to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. I stayed three nights that were totally refreshing. The decor, interior lighting, and natural daylight all combine to create an excellent experience of peace and tranquility. Cesar was an excellent host: always attentive, with quick responses and very helpful. I recommend both the place and Cesar without a doubt. I'll definitely be back!

We stayed 2 nights with my husband and young son. The apartment is very comfortable and well located. Well equipped for a short stay. Everything is perfect. The only thing is that the balcony is very unsafe for children, but the host did not let us know as soon as we arrived at the apartment so we were careful. I would definitely book it again.

We had an excellent stay at Cecilia's apartment. I traveled with my partner and from the first moment we felt that we had made a very good choice. The value for money is unbeatable: the place is as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable and perfect for resting after a long day in the city. Cecilia was very attentive and helpful, always ready to help us with whatever we needed. We felt very welcome. We recommend this place.

The apartment is very nice, has everything you need to pay your stay, wide, airy and all working well. Good restaurants and supermarket nearby that made it very easy. It was possible to do everything on foot, without mentioning the cafes, each one more charming than the other !

Ideal apartment to visit Buenos Aires in general. It is in the Palermo neighborhood, in a quiet and safe area, with a minimarket next door and a 24-hour kiosk a few meters away, 10 minutes walk from the subway. In my case, it was ideal since the entrance is autonomous and that helped me because I arrived at dawn on my flight. Clean and with what is necessary for a good stay, I recommend it

I liked it. It had good internet, very comfortable bed. It was well equipped. It is dark, so be mindful of that. I am a bad sleeper so I enjoyed the peaceful dark for sleeping.

From the moment we arrived at the building, Ana Laura attended to us very kindly and guided us through the common areas, as well as the apartment and use of electronic devices (to be a little more independent during the stay). However, she was always open and/or attentive to any questions, very nice decoration, good location. Close to everything! A spectacular view, definitely one of my first choices for an upcoming trip 🫶🏻🇦🇷

Hernan is the best! The place is a new building. Everything is as described and well equipped. Comfortable bed and sofa, as well as all tv entertainment that you can find. Hernan greeted us on the check-in and came to say goodbye on the checkout. Great communicator and very friendly. The area is very safe, walkable and close by public transportation. If you need a place to stay Hernan’s is your place, highly recommended.

Horacio was receptive, extremely communicative, shared several places and activities that were happening and that the city offers. The apartment was clean and organized, as well as being well located.

EXCELLENT, RECOMMENDED!!! To highlight the attention and predisposition on the part of the hosts, Andrea and Juan Cruz, who maintained communication at all times, accommodating our arrival schedule and even waiting for us because the transfer was complicated. The apartment is super comfortable and functional, ideal for spending a few days in Buenos Aires, as you want to go out, explore and get to know the city. It has many very nice details, from the dishes and utensils to the decoration and lighting of the place. The location is exceptional, meters from 9 de Julio and a couple of blocks from the Obelisk, a very nice area, with theaters and restaurants. It is undoubtedly a place to consider for a future trip to Buenos Aires.

I had a wonderful long-term stay at Juan Pablo’s place–truly a 10/10 experience. He’s an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my time there. The apartment itself has a creative, artsy vibe that makes it feel special and homey. I especially loved starting my mornings with a mate on the balcony and winding down with a glass of Argentine wine in the evening. The neighborhood is perfect. Safe, walkable, and full of charm. There’s a fruit and veggie stand directly across the street, great butchers and wine shops nearby, and plenty of amazing restaurants just a short stroll away. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Buenos Aires for a longer stay. I'd absolutely stay here again!
