Very clean, secure and well-equipped apartment operated by very good people. For those who enjoy frequent walks, like me, the park next to the apartment is, in my experience, the best in La Plata. It’s big enough to do laps and there is lots of shade so that you walk during the day. I plan on staying here again.

A beautiful depto with the necessary amenities for both short and long stays. It has very close basic amenities and varied activities in the area. In addition to being a short walk from the great cathedral and downtown of La Plata. It stands out for being a quiet, tidy, aesthetic place and a host with a very good predisposition :)!

Everything was very nice. Fabrizio was always very kind and helped me to check in early. The only point to improve was the cleanliness. There was trash from others and some surfaces, such as the table and the counter, were sticky. Nothing too serious, but everything else was beautiful. A very comfortable place.

I stayed again at Roberto and Patricia's Airbnb, and the experience was as impeccable as the previous one. I chose his apartment because of how well I had done last year, and I was not wrong. The apartment was in perfect condition, with all the services working as described in the publication. You can see the attention to detail they have to put together the spaces, all impeccable. Communication was excellent from the start, and I felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The apartment area is excellent, very close to the Cathedral of La Plata and its surroundings. It was one of the best experience I have ever had on Airbnb! We had to check in urgently and in the evening, and Cin was very kind and quickly arranged everything for us. The apartment has everything you might need and even more. The location is convenient — everything is within walking distance, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Also, I’m not sure what they use for scenting the place, but the apartment always smells amazing! Highly recommend to everyone!

I was 10 days and had a very nice time. The mini depto was small but comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. Gla was very kind and proactive, always responding fast.

Extremely pleasant stay on the top floor of a centrally located building. Large flat with 3 bedrooms, large bathroom and additional toilet. Very pleasant closed balcony with large sliding windows allowing for fresh air coming in. Air conditioning in living room - kitchen and bedrooms, with balcony with stunning city view including the cathedral. The area has many cafés and good restaurants and the main commercial streets are nearby. Very quiet location and enjoyable stay!

The ideal apartment and the attention and layout of Elena and Leonardo was exceptional. They made our stay a great experience and we would definitely book their apartment again on our next visit to Buenos Aires.

Superb. It's a new place, so not the place you want if you're after a classic old building, of which there are many in the centre of La Plata. However, if you require clean, spacious, safe, well placed, with very helpful hosts this is the place. They cleaned the place every day made beds, changed the towels and provided us with breakfast.
