Easy walk to Park Street, with best restaurants , bars, shopping .Camac Street is only 5 mins walk. USA & UK consulates are 8 mins walk New Market is 10 mins by cab Quest Mall / Forum Mall are 15 mins by cab. Airport is 45 mins by cab and costs Inr 450 Howrah station is 30 mins . Most convenient for going anywhere in the city. We have no power back up. Power outage is rare.

This place is nice and well done up. The adjoining terrace is way beyond expectation. Suchandra is a warm and friendly host. She reached out and shared directions well before, I was even there, so that I find the place easily. Her staff too are warm and friendly. Also, there are many books one can browse in this property. A very nice place indeed.

Esha's place is ideally located near a variety of food places and various forms of transportation (metro, autos, buses, taxis, uber...). The place truly is like being at home and is clean and comfortable. I was there during the summer and the air conditioner and fans kept the temperature cool and comfortable irrespective of the heat outside. The bathroom is clean and spacious. As others have noted, if you like reading there is a wonderful collection of books available for all ages. The place is safe and Esha is available and responsive. I had a very good stay for a little over two weeks. My flight arrived late in the night and when Esha was informed, she made sure that I had access when I got there. If the opportunity arises, I would certainly book the place again. My thanks to Esha for a very comfortable stay. Rathin

I am a repeat guest at Krishna aunty's place. I had such an amazing experience last time that I was looking forward to my visit this time. I love visiting her, her warmth, care, attention to detail and wisdom touches my heart every time I interact with her. Loved our conversations, she shared a couple of stories from her life's journey which were extremely inspiring! The way she multi tasks and manages everything with a smile on her face, stands out. She has a soothing effect which is rarely found these days with the changing world(when people hardly stop to find out how one is feeling). Am very happy that I made this visit to Kolkata and connected with her! Lots of power to her and my best wishes!!! Looking forward to my next visit already!! ☺️ 😊 . Thank YOU aunty! Lots of ❤️ 😍!

Anjana's home was filled with warmth and beautiful plants. The room takes you back to old Calcutta and feels like a time travel. Her home warm, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was so nourishing and helped me go through my day. My stay in Kolkata was beautiful because of the warm hospitality of Anjana and also the lafies taking care of the place.
