It was clean and very well equipped, the kitchen was complete and we felt very welcome. The area is very safe, it is right in front of a police station, it is easy to get to. It was a quiet area, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.

We had an amazing stay at this estate in Armenia. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, with a cozy design that made us feel right at home. Bathrooms are modern and clean, which is always a plus in a place to stay. Staff service was outstanding. They were very attentive and always willing to help which made our experience even more enjoyable. Also, the atmosphere is really quiet, and being able to dawn with the sound of the birds is something very comforting. The estate is quite spacious and very well cared for. We felt safe throughout our stay, which is critical. In terms of the price-benefit ratio, it's hard to beat. Definitely a place we would recommend. We will definitely be back!

The house is much better than the photos, it is beautiful the place, we loved sleeping close to the Magdalena river, the attention of Santiago, Esperanza and Claudia was excellent, it is a place worth repeating, the house is super cool and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Beautiful property and very private. The pool attendant came every morning by 7am to clean the pool. A very relaxing atmosphere and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will be back!

Guillermo is a super host, it's pending from the day of booking and always responds quickly. The house is spectacular, just like in photos and it seemed a very good detail that after each rental it takes two days of cleaning and is not rented Immediately, which ensures cleanliness. Santiago's apartment is incredible. A very nice view. Everything was impeccable and clean. I had a problem (my mistake) getting to the apartments and Santiago responded very quickly. I would definitely come back.

Everything super nice, the whole the apartment, furnished perfect.. But unfortunately for the weather if it is necessary to place heating in the house as it only has the main room and the rest is with a fan
