Perfect rental if you looking for somewhere to stay for a larger group! Family friendly, spacious, and helpful host. The private lake access is literally right outside the back door. The marina swimming pool is directly next door and the fishing pier is huge and super close, too! You cannot beat this location if you’re looking to have the best of both worlds: privacy and marina amenities. Also- this place has a HUGE HVAC system so you will enjoy cooling down in comfort inside after a hot day on the lake!

It is a very beautiful off grid place to stay especially if you want your kids off the phone and outside because the service in the house we had none. And at first I was not happy but it was real nice to unplug play games and enjoy the moment. It was great for my family.

Exactly as pictured and very clean. They have everything that is needed and then some. Loved our stay.

Excellent lake house on Sam Rayburn. The house is very remote and private and was just what we were looking for. The little above ground swimming pool was our grandsons favorite thing and he stayed in it for houses. The house is very clean and very pretty and the beds were comfortable. The house is a little ways away from groceries but that is what we liked about it as it was secluded. The host was very responsive and gave use directions to the closest boat ramp. Overall would stay here again for sure. Thanks for the great stay.

We loved sitting out on the large deck. The swimming pool was so close and our older grandsons loved the pool table in the boat house!

This house is beautiful! We were surprised to see it was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. Great home and great host!

Lisa always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you need anything she right there to get it. Everything is neat and clean and ready to welcome you. Can't wait for our next trip there.

Great cabin, clean , accommodating several guest. We had originally reserved for 2 guest . By computer I made a change in guest number adding 3 making a total of 5 overnight guest. This didn’t reach the host and we were confronted by the owner who lives next door. I would suggest physically reaching out to the host for any reservation changes to avoid any confrontations. There were lots of things to do, such as kayak, paddle boat and dock for fishing. Overall great stay.

Loved, loved, loved this place!! Peaceful and relaxing setting!! Great size to get your large family away and still have the comforts of home. Back screened in porch was wonderful for game night or just rocking in the chairs! Will definitely keep this as a little get away space in the future. So very clean. Modern. TV in each room. Large bathrooms. Kitchen was furnished very well!! Even saw a RED Fox chasing a small bird. Was a first for me❤️. Thanks Tanya.

Loved the stay, the sunsets were beautiful and my wife loved walking around with the dogs. Only complaint, was there was no WiFi but I was made aware before the stay, it was listed that there wasn’t any and my hotspot worked just fine. Place is spotless and brand new. Will book again.

It was perfect for our weekend stay. Plenty of room for the boat and plug for charging. Host was available for any questions. Would definitely stay again.

We go to Toledo Bend once a year to go fishing and this was a perfect place to stay. Plenty of beds and rooms. The dock with a covered roof was very nice. We will book this place next year if available.

This sweet historic house has so much charm! Very spacious yard to accommodate my sons and grandchildren and very peaceful and private yet only walking distance to the lake. The hostess is extremely responsive and helpful. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

We stayed for three nights. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Debbie was responsive to questions/comments. We'd stay here again for sure.

Sheri was a great host! The cabin location was great and beautiful setting overlooking the lake. There are neighborhoods on either side but it was still a peaceful and quiet during our stay.

We originally booked something else but the place we booked lied about everything. There was no available pool as promised and the place we booked had someone living in it. We called Sherri at the last minute and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The place was gorgeous, clean and beautiful views . The owners were awesome.
