A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Daniele is een ontzettend attente en hartelijke gastheer. De tafel was al gedekt voor het eten, er stond een uitgebreid welkomstpakket klaar en ook de badkamer was met oog voor detail klaar gemaakt voor ons verblijf. Ook de tuin is prachtig en tip top verzorgd, bovendien voorzien van prima tuinmeubilair. Daniele woont op hetzelfde perceel maar dat is in het geval van Daniele alleen maar prettig! Hij is heel voorkomend en heeft het huis zodanig ingericht dat je je meteen thuis en vooral welkom voelt. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen te maken en Daniele heeft daarvoor de kaarten in huis liggen. Vanuit het huis loop je binnen 10 minuten naar een erg fijn en lekker restaurant (tip van Daniele) Wij hadden een ontzettend fijn en ontspannen verblijf.

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

ci ha accolti il marito Andrea in modo gentilissimo e disponibile, per il nostro arrivo ci aveva preparato un'ottima torta!... l'appartamento è super ordinato e pulito, con delle finiture di grande classe, inoltre presenta una vista unica sulla vallata. Per gli ospiti che ne fanno richiesta c'e anche una Jacuzi esterna 4 posti e un bagno turco. 5 stelle! Luogo incantevole anche per chi ha "bimbi pelosi" a seguito! Bellissimo soggiorno! grazie!

A corner of paradise surrounded by nature and peace For those who love nature, silence, and a slower pace of life, Podere di Tullio is simply the perfect place. It’s even more beautiful than in the photos — the moment we arrived and saw the cottage, we instantly said: “We’ll definitely come back here.” We spent an unforgettable week, completely immersed in greenery and tranquility. Everything is thoughtfully cared for down to the smallest detail: the house is welcoming, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offers all the comforts one might need. The large, well-maintained garden was a true paradise for our 21-month-old, who could run freely and enjoy nature in complete safety. We recommend renting a car to get around easily — the nearest grocery store is less than 10 minutes away, along with other nearby attractions. A special thank you to Paolo and Barbara, wonderful hosts who were always kind, helpful, and flexible. They made us feel at home from the very first moment.

My stay was excellent! Laura handled so many details and was very helpful when the airline lost my luggage. The house is decorated with tasteful art and has a nice collection of literature both fun and challenging in English and Italian. Her pets were adorable and friendly. Sasso Marconi is also a charming little area with everything you need for dinner out or at home, a picnic, or a hike.
