Holiday rentals with breakfast in Todos Santos

Loved Giacomo’s home 💚 It’s a beautiful sanctuary and place to stay if you want to get away, be immersed in wellness (sauna, ice bath, close to the beach), to unwind but also to have the town and plenty of options for excursions and things he to do nearby (Todos Santos town, La Paz, Cabo San Lucas, Cab San Jose). It’s a stunning property and everything has been really well thought through; from the kitchen in my room that has all the amenities I needed, to the bathroom design and amenities, to the other outside kitchen and lounge area. It feels like a home away from home 🏠 Giacomo is also super friendly, responsive and accommodating to your needs. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you want tranquility, peace, wellness, a reset and the beach at your doorstep. Will definitely be back!

Most magical experience I've had in ages. Kris is a wonderful host, with great recommendations and attention to detail. The property has a beautiful energy with a welcoming staff. Kris and his staff made me feel welcomed while also respecting my privacy. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. The outdoor area and view from our room was spectacular, as was the pool area and the yoga room overlooking the ocean. Kris was also a fantastic host, super responsive and welcoming and had some great tips for our stay. We'd happily stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our second year visiting Topia, and can't wait to do it all over again! We appreciate the tranquility of the property; enjoyed the views, lounging by the pool, and whale watching. The beach and local restaurants are also great, and a quick drive north to Todo Santos gives you another array of options to explore. Lovely location and wonderful hosts and staff! Pictures don't do this place justice. Such a beautiful retreat! Perfect location with an amazing beach view and just a 12-15 minute drive to Todos Santos. The Staff at Topia were so helpful with everything and really made it a relaxing stay for my girlfriend, and I. There's a lot of great food, and coffee shops within 5 minutes from the retreat. We got a ton of recommendation's from Manuel that we ran out of time to try them all, but will definitely be back soon. Wish we could've said bye to everyone, and Carolina but had to catch our flight back!

STOP LOOKING! This place is perfect! The energy, design, amenities, and most of all the people are all amazing. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful town of Todos Santos. The whole team made us feel welcome and helped us schedule a great Mezcal tasting and many other activities and reservations if needed. The breakfast, which is included, is perfection. Homemade everyday and served next to the gorgeous pool under the beautiful palapa. The whole property is relaxing and the firepit is a great way to wind down the night after going out to the many amazing places to eat the best food that highlights the beautiful culture of this beautiful place. We will be looking to come back very soon and hopefully rent out the whole place! Thank you to Erin, Denis, and the rest of the team for bringing such a great place to Todos Santos and most importantly, sharing it with all of us!

I absolutely loved everything about Skylar’s home! From the moment I walked in, I felt this overwhelming calm and peace. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen is spectacular (I’m still swooning). The outdoor space was so relaxing and often could hear the sound of the ocean with doors open. This place is decorated so nicely. The bed was super comfortable! Water from the faucet is drinkable which was nice! WHEN we go back, I know exactly where I’m going to stay!

Even more beautiful in real life! From the moment you enter you seem to step into a different reality. Everything is just so well designed, well thought out, … if you are looking for a calm/ super beautiful place nearby the beach … this is your place. I honestly feel my words cannot do honour enough to the wonderful place the hosts have created. The hosts are friendly, responsive and accommodating. (The tasty coffee and fruits are an added value. ☺️)

The staff at La Bohemia was so warm, friendly, accommodating and caring. That truly went out of their way to help plan our days with recommendations, directions and reservations. The communal area where we ate breakfast and a few nights a week had artisanal cocktails, made by Andrea and her assistant Chelsea, was a great place to meet other guests from around the world, with who we shared stories of local restaurants, beaches to visit, little out of the way places. All in all we highly recommend La Bohemia.
