The apartment is located in a detached house on a farm in Mölnebo on Tjörn. Quiet and peaceful area 100 metres from the sea. It was renovated in 2013, and has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc) Three bedrooms (2+1 & 4 beds) a bathroom with shower WC, washing machine, living room with TV, WIFI, furnished balcony with morning sun and an adorable sea view. Large garden with car parking and grilling possibilities. Bed linens and towels are not included, cleaning is not included. Possibility to borrow bikes or rent kayak (4pcs)

Experience outstanding sunsets, serenity in early mornings, but also the whimsicalness of the sea and wind. The balcony with BBQ is facing the Väster Sea. WiFi is included. Free parking. Possible to rent our double kayak and easily paddle out in the bay. To Mollösund with restaurants, shop and swimming it is 4km. To the bus stop it is 300m. Nature baths are in the proximity.

Big, cozy loft with a double bed and space for sitting circles. Laundry machine. Outdoor fireplace, small guest cabin and direct access to forest trails behind the house. Access to kayak.

Eget hus med trädgård, stor uteplats och 400 m till havet och liten badplats. Gott om sängplatser och generösa gemensamhetsytor. Två vanliga sovrum plus ett mindre sovrum i själva bostadsvåningen. Dessa sovrum tar max 2+4+2 gäster. I källarplan, med egen ingång, finns ett större sovrum med två enkelsängar och en 140 cm säng. Detta sovrum kan av vissa upplevas som fuktigt. Badrum med bastu, dusch och toalett. Extra toalett. Till huset hör två havskajaker för två personer per kajak.

Rovor och Rum

Rovor och Rum consists of a large apartment in a farm building on the farm. The apartment is 120m2 and can accommodate 13 people. You rent the entire apartment. The area is child-friendly. Close to the center and restaurants and yet located in a genuine farm environment with sheep, chickens (eggs) and cats. It is a 10-minute walk to the water and municipal outdoor swimming pool. Rovor och Rum is located in Toftenäs Nature Reserve with beautiful hiking trails and wonderful nature.

Bed linens and towels are included During the high season, July 1 to August 15, the house is rented out only for full weeks

We hire out our paradise for a few weeks this summer. Spend the summer days in a well-equipped, fresh house by the sea. Nice patios with breakfast sun and sunsets, swimming from the beach and jetty. Bike to Marstrand, fish crabs from the jetty or take a tour with the kayaks. There is also a small home gym and nice running and walking paths.
