Villa holiday rentals in Tiwi

Had a lovely stay in As Sifah at Sara’s place. Enjoyed the beach front house thoroughly with peace and quiet around. The house was very clean and spacious, and we felt really at home there. Sara was available and proactive in her contact, recommended restaurants and activities, as well as checking up on us. 10/10 would recommend if you consider a few days away from Muscat to enjoy serenity and beautiful environment Al Sifah has to offer!

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb in Sifah. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the sea and mountain landscape was a dream. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and all the little touches made me feel right at home. Whether you’re looking for peace and quiet, a romantic escape, or a base to explore Sifah, this is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A dream stay! The view and the house are even more impressive in real than on the pictures. Ali was available at all times and very helpful. Highlight: sea turtles at dusk and kayaking – simply unforgettable! Only suggestion for improvement: Poolside loungers

The house was superb, large and spacious, very comfortable for 8 people. the pool is great, its configuration makes that one end of the pool is always in the shade. the rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is present throughout the accommodation. The house was very clean and new. The location of the house is ideal for making the few wadi nearby but it lacks shops so plan to arrive with its groceries (there are 2 grocery stores but the choice is quite limited). Khalssa was very attentive and very responsive to our questions.

The house is truly impressive in terms of size. In particular, the living room with the kitchen is huge. The three bedrooms upstairs are also excellently laid out. The furnishings are fantastic as well-everything you need is there (including a coffee machine). The location is very quiet, even though there is a lot of construction going on in the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the 10 a.m. checkout time, which is simply too early. Recommended!

It's paradise, a peaceful place I've been able to relax in. Surrounded by the mountains the pool is very perfect! And only a 35 min drive to wadi Khalid. The host is kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect I can only recommend it! Thanks for everything

Great villa! Very spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean. The concierge is very kind and attentive. Only small downside: the hot water only lasted 5 minutes. Maybe a mistake on our part… In any case, I recommend it 100%
