Holiday rentals with beach access in Tirana County

We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Aurel and Maria. The apartment has generous amenities and is as described in the pictures. The way to the beach was reachable in a few minutes and restaurants, bars and markets for shopping were nearby. There was also a pharmacy in the area. 100% recommended!

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

It was a great stay. The apartment on the 5th floor was directly in the first row on the promenade. Great view of the sea. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. It was unique.

The apartment is located directly on the promenade with a balcony that has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in easy walking distance. All the places I've eaten at in the area have been excellent. There's also a taxi area about a block away where you can grab a cab and go anywhere you need. It's an excellent location. Stivi has been an amazing host. Very responsive to questions and has gone out of his way to help. The airline lost my luggage and because of the language barrier he offered to help speak to the delivery men to ensure that that my luggage was delivered correctly. The delivery men refused to enter the city and said that I had to meet them and pick up my luggage. Not knowing the area, the language and having no access to a vehicle Stivi generously volunteered to drive me to the meeting place so I can pick up my luggage. I'll be eternally thankful for that. When I return to Albania, I will be staying here

1st time visiting Albania and definitely not the last. Klaidi was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful and always there to respond to any issues. We loved the Villa and the Kitchen was extremely well equipped with all utensils you would need. The outdoor dining area was a lovely place to eat and enjoy and have a good get together. The Villa was good value for money but would benefit from some modernisation. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone to visit and enjoy this lovely place.

Our trip brings us for the second time Albania , and it is without hesitation that we opted again for Durrës to make the first stop (1 month). For having experienced the kindness of the Albanians, the good overall quality of the internet network, and the long walks in nature, it was obvious to get away from the noisy city center to try the adventure at Tea's in Hamallaj. And we weren't disappointed. It's actually a single storey house that has 2 large apartments, with a fenced garden. A location 500m from the beach, good WiFi connection, a really complete equipped kitchen, small shops in the neighborhood ( including a 3-minute walk that accepts Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, tooling store, 24/7 tobacco shop... And it seems that it slowly continues to develop, all within a radius of less than1 km. We'll definitely be back for a stop when we leave for the Adriatic! Thanks Tea:)

Excellent place and excellent service from the host

We had a great time, if anything it's even better than the pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. No need to hire a car if you don't want to, everything you need walking distance away. Lovely to have sea views from 2 upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs balcony is dreamy.

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

it was a lovely clean place, with a big living room, 2 bedrooms. Raimonda was friendly and responsible all the time. In this small village you have to be quiet at 12pm. we had a good stay in this place.

This is a beautiful studio and my stay was very comfortable. Great communication and very responsive. The close proximity of restaurants and stores made it perfect!

A great place to stay, however it is a better location if you have a car rental as the hills surrounding are very steep. Actual apartment itself is very clean, as described, the host was really helpful especially after we broke down and needed him to wait longer for us to collect the keys! Would 100% recommend the apartment and the location, the views are amazing!

Slavik is a very kind and helpful host with great contact. We received clear check-in instructions and lots of recommendations for things to do nearby. Very good location, close to everything, easy to park on the street, where parking is free. The apartment is beautiful and you can find everything you need. We felt right at home. If you're planning to explore Durres, choose this apartment, you'll be happy.

If you want to make a holiday in Durrës and this place is available dont think twice! I have visited several places in Balkans but this place is my all time favorite. Super clean, offers an amazing view, but most importantly a thoughtful host. İ would like to say “Thanks for everything” publicly…

Everything was exactly as described the apartment had all the amenities we needed and felt very comfortable. The location is truly unbeatable, the sea is literally right across the road, there’s a supermarket next door, an ATM too and Hotel Arvi just steps away serves a delicious and authentic Albanian breakfast. There’s so much to explore in the area: a long line of restaurants with sea views, bars, and even a luxury med spa nearby. Kejsi was a fantastic host with excellent communication always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I had questions. And I have to mention the bed is so comfy! As someone with back issues, I’m usually nervous about beds when traveling but this one was incredible. Truly made the stay even better. Highly recommend!
