my family stayed a whole week at the Lily's villa, particularly satisfied with the private pool, which works for both kids and adults. the pool has a deepest spot way deeper than the usual adults height. air conditioning works well, as well as every other facilities, but washing machine needs a bit of a care though. great day view and greater sunset view, no need to go out for that. plenty of chairs and tables and beach beds. bbq was provided and it was awesome, but you might need a gas torch instead of lighter fluids, to make the fire faster.

Marivic was an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay at her place on Capital Hill. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Just a few miles up the hill from the major town, shops and restaurants, but the view is worth it! We would definitely stay with Marivic again and would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Saipan.

Our husband and wife were traveling here for our honeymoon, the house was big and nice, the pool was cleaned very clean, and the host was also very light to drop off my daughter's backpack if to use the kitchen as well.I got total relaxation here, it was a great place to stay to recommend and I would also like to choose Amy's house for the opportunity to visit Saipan again.

If you know in advance that the location is not the beach, it's a good accommodation. The house was spacious, so it was good for a large family to stay, and I had a family birthday party, but the photos came out well. The minor inconvenience was responded quickly, so it was well resolved. Thanks to you, it was a good trip.

The Korean owner and his wife are so kind. He listened to all the necessary requirements during my stay, and the towels were really generous, so I had a good rest without any inconvenience. The Saipan housing environment is poor, but this place was definitely run by a Korean, so it was nice to see that you paid a lot of attention to the interior and facilities. I will visit this place again next time.

First off this house is AMAZING!!! Me and a friend of mine were fortunate enough to have the entire place to ourselves during our weekend stay; I really got to taste the good life! The view is absolutely one of a kind and the pool is just as great. Would like to thank Ms. Yang for being the most helpful and caring host I've ever had since I've been using Airbnb services. She would message me about 3 times a day to check up on us and even offered us free breakfast every morning. Overall...a 5 out of 5 star experience at this place. I highly recommend this place to those who wish to travel to Saipan; a Real Paradise.

Very satisfying place to stay. It's a little far from town, but the island is not big anyway so you can get around in no time. The sea view was really good because the accommodation was high. Even though we checked out at dawn because of our flight time, they were kind and responsive. I want to use it again next time.
