House near the sea with big garden and view

Cozy single-family home in the middle of nature with the city a short drive away. Undisturbed location without transparency. Nice fishing area 100 meters from the property. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom/laundry room. On the second floor there is a large living room, bathroom, a bedroom as well as two balconies (west facing and east facing). The outdoor areas consist of two terraces, large garden with greenhouse and trampoline. 3 cats live here They have their own room with chipped cat door. Guests can therefore stay separate from the cats if desired.

Hiking opportunities in the area are close to endless. Renting a rowboat is agreed at least 1 week BEFORE check-in, to boat experts (only summer). Cozy little mountain cabin. Restored and winter insulated last years. Lovely view of Måsvatnet where booze boat is located. Great fishing and hiking opportunities in the area. Parking 200m from the cabin during summer time. Solar power for light. Gas cooker and wood stove. Water from well 50 m away. Cinderella incineration toilet in new outhouse. There is also a shower room with pump system. 3 beds, 2 in bunk bed about 180cm, in bedroom 1 in living room. Best suited for 2 adults and children. Fire pit space. Wood in outbuildings.

Shop nearby. Well-equipped kitchen. Heat pump and wood stove. Washing machine. Hot tub in spring/summer season. Use of hot tub must be agreed, price NOK 400 at first use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented for quiet law enforcement. Parties not allowed. Please leave the place tidy and clean

Welcome to JuThan cabin! This cabin is powered by 12v solar power with its own water, driveway, parking and no neighbors. The deck of 60 sq meters with a grill and outdoor furniture will help you to enjoy the outdoors. Fireplace in living room will make evenings warm and romantic. In the bedroom we have one bunk bed and sofa bed in living room for two. We provide two bicycles, two kayaks and fishing sticks. Road to cabin from main road is short but steep (100m). Grocery store 3km away!
