A newly built and lavish cottage with shoreline, boathouse and floating dock. 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds in all rooms. 2 living rooms, both equipped with smart TV and Apple TV. Wireless internet with high speed fiber internet. Very nice bathroom with tub and big shower. Private laundry room with washing machine. Big terrace with a lovely view and very good sun conditions. The area around the cabin is really good for fishing. There is a great golf course just 1 km away from the cabin. Canoe is included in the cabin and can be used.

Holiday home with a unique location in Bøfjorden in Surnadal. Beachfront and private jetty. 2 kayaks available. Short distance to the public beach. Bøfjorden is a nice starting point for great mountain hikes. Shop in the nearby area. Well-equipped kitchen. Heat pump and wood stove. Washing machine. Hot tub in spring/summer season. Use of the hot tub must be agreed upon, price NOK 400 for the first use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented to quiet people. No parties allowed. Please leave the place tidy and clean

Welcome to JuThan cabin! This cabin is powered by 12v solar power with its own water, driveway, parking and no neighbors. The deck of 60 sq meters with a grill and outdoor furniture will help you to enjoy the outdoors. Fireplace in living room will make evenings warm and romantic. In the bedroom we have one bunk bed and sofa bed in living room for two. We provide two bicycles, two kayaks and fishing sticks. Road to cabin from main road is short but steep (100m). Grocery store 3km away!

Dette er et veldig spesielt hus. Nybygget i tradisjonell norsk håndlaftet lokalt tømmer. Som gjest har du 250m2, med 4 soverom, tv stue, kombinert stue og kjøkken med utgang til vinterhage og overbygget terrasse. Flott utsikt til fjord og fjell med kort vei til kai og strand. Flotte turmuligheter i uberørt natur. Vi har også mulighet til å leie ut båter.
