Lovely homely place. Peaceful and private. Just what we needed. Loved the verandah outside and all the thoughtfulness put into this property. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed.

This place is the bomb My husband and I wanted a one night break away as we live in Cairns. This exceeded all expectations. Owner has an incredible attention to detail. Spa bath was incredible and electric fire etc Do yourself a favour, this place exceeded expectations…

Kay was very helpful - she picked us up from the airport and took time to show us around the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, handy for everything you need. There is a tour desk downstairs where you can book your activities. Overall, highly recommended.

I stayed for 2 weeks at The Grosvenor and wasn’t really sure what I was going to get as many people in Cairns said they had issues with their hotels & hostels. However, I had no issues whatsoever. For the prices of accommodation in Cairns I think this is extremely reasonable. Good sized room with everything you need, nice little pool area with BBQ. Good area with shops, take-outs & restaurants felt very safe to walk into Cairns CBD which took about 20 minutes. Ben on reception was always very helpful to me so no complaints overall. Thanks for a great stay!

When I first walked into the room it smelt old not sure if they had a air freshener or scented candles that would help with the smell But other than that it was ok Pool was amazing & the view from the deck near the pool Would be great if there was chairs on the deck to sit on while watching the sunset

Amazing accommodation! It's boutique and heritage, please Google it. Wikipedia has all story. Piece of Italy and Spain. I had unit 4 with balcony, lovely view to the ocean. Same family run their restaurant, highly recommend. I meet hosts another day, lovely people. I definitely would choose to stay here again.

Easy to get to everything from, only minutes to the centre of town, short drive to the airport and everything else in the area. The unit was clean and comfortable (they even left Tim Tams in the fridge :) ). Highly recommended! I'll see if it's available the next time I'm up there.

We had a beautiful two days at Mary’s place. It’s an absolutely stunning location, so peaceful and serene. Mary has thought of everything to make sure your stay is relaxing and wonderful. The outdoor kitchen is excellent, and we loved the outdoor living - we spent almost all our time out there on the deck snuggled on the couch or sitting on the grass! We fed the horses and chickens, enjoyed the view, and the lovely food provided by Mary when we arrived, and the peace and quiet. Mary and Lili are wonderful hosts, very kind and friendly, but also mindful of guest privacy. We were lucky enough to have cuddles with Diesel and Molly the dogs! There’s excellent walking trails and parks around the area, and the evenings are stunning looking at the mountains and listening to the animals. The beds are super comfy and the shower is excellent. It was just what we needed to unwind and relax before heading home. We will definitely be back to Mary’s place next time we come to Cairns!

everything is good for the price. only small problem is the Aircon remote doesn't function properly. it can only turn on and off.

Stayed here for a family trip the street was nice and quiet while still being close to things. Very much all enjoyed our time here.

Very central location and suited our needs perfectly. We loved the security of having a car park undercover & locked up. We also enjoyed the large balcony. Any problems were solved very quickly & Shirley was a delight to deal with. On arrival in a new town & with a hire car the instructions for finding the key wasn’t very clear. After driving around the block because we missed it, we stumbled upon it at the car park entrance. All other instructions were spot on & clear. Great place to stay.

Great location, within walking distance to all the main restaurants in Cairns. Apartment was comfortable and clean, and we were able to do an early check in which was helpful. Responsive host who fixed an issue we had.
