There is a short walking distance to the grocery store and Håland Industrial Area. About a 20 min walk to Bryne city centre with all the amenities the city has to offer. It is a short drive to gorgeous Jær beaches and the opposite direction to hiking areas on the Høg-era. It is about 30 min by car or train to Stavanger city center. It is also about a 20 min drive to the Royal Park.

This place is located by a lake 30 km south of Stavanger. If you want to take a bath or fish in the lake, you are free to do that. There is also a possibility to use our two kayaks. The area offers good hiking opportunities such as Preikestolen and Kjerag. Studio apartment in the basement of our single-family home. It is modernly decorated and is everything you need for a stay at Bryne. 10-15 minute walk from the train station. 5 min from the nearest grocery store. One double bed, possibility of air mattress if you bring a child. Can and be used by the adult, but there will then be small space. We have 2 children, so some noise will occur from the floor above.
