Cottage holiday rentals in Tillamook County

This is what a beach cottage should be! Easy walk to the beach that was not crowded at all, but it was early and cool. We spent a lot of time in the house and thoroughly enjoyed it! A very well appointed kitchen and would be a great place for a family. The bedrooms are good sized and the king bed upstairs is very comfortable…didn’t try the others. Nice fenced backyard for the dog, wish I could have tried the hot tub. A nice little town that is less touristy than most others yet still things to do. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is magical! It’s on the edge of the forest and a few blocks to ocean. After a morning soak in the awesome hot tub on deck we walked in to the forest. It was awe inspiring under the huge canopy of trees. I felt so connected to Mother Nature at that moment. The home was spotlessly clean on arrival with a number of beds and enough space for a large family. Very comfortable and well stocked, even had a pet basket, we felt right at home. Wished we could have stayed longer and are already making plans to come back this summer. Kylee was very accommodating, we booked last minute and she extended us a late checkout so we could have a lazy morning and enjoy the place. 100% recommend this place!

This was the perfect beach house stay, just minutes from the ocean! The house was very clean and well stocked - we felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely come back again!

It was such a beautiful place to be and exceeded all expectations. The beach was very peaceful and not congested at all which was nice. Also one of the cleanest beaches I have ever been on. Everything was extremely comfortable. Amenities worked exactly as they should especially since we utilized all of them! :)

Comfortable little place

The place is exactly as advertised -- a funky bar with a kitchen and some beds. Pool, air hockey, and video games were all fantastic. It was a fun way to spend a few days.

Andre was super helpful and available, left clear instructions and described the place perfectly. It was peaceful and clean, had everything you needed and some. Great outdoor space for my dog. We enjoyed our quiet getaway! The upstairs tenants were a little heavy footed at times but nothing crazy.

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

This sweet spot was perfect for a brief coastal stay with my aging parents. The accessibility features—especially at the entrance and in the bathroom—made everything more comfortable and low-stress, which we really appreciated. The garage made an excellent staging area for laundry and paddle boards, and the location is ideal: quiet and tucked away, but equidistant to both Manzanita and Nehalem. The home itself is thoughtfully appointed—cozy without being overdone, organized without being persnickety—and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. We were also traveling with our puppy-in-training for Guide Dogs for the Blind and found it to be very dog-friendly—much appreciated! When an unexpected leak cropped up from a newly installed dishwasher, the host responded quickly and kindly, resolving it within two hours and without disrupting our stay. We’d gladly stay here again—it’s a wonderful home base for exploring the coast.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and coziness of the space. The cottage is not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-organized and impeccably clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail truly shines through in every aspect of the property. I also want to commend Janel for being an exceptional host. Her responsiveness and helpfulness from the booking process until our departure did not go unnoticed. The recommendations she provided on local activities and places to visit added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The ease of access to the cottage and the self check-in process further streamlined our experience, allowing us to settle in quickly and make the most of our time there.

Cute little place! Has lots of fun stuff to do around. There is no TV. But the fire pit made up for it.

This place was super cute and an easy walk to the beach. We loved the deck and yard which were so peaceful. The house was charming and cozy. Manzanita has a ton of cute places to eat and the Friday farmer’s market was a treat.

The cottage was beautiful and close enough to the beach that it was only a short walk. The area is very quiet, and makes for a great setting to sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery and sounds of the ocean. This was easily one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in my travels and definitely plan on returning in the future. Tillamook is only about 10 minutes away, so convenience is still pretty close by.

We absolutely loved this cottage! A perfect location close enough to the ocean you could hear it but tucked away out of the wind overlooking an estuary. The kids loved hearing all the frogs at night. The cottage was even better than the pictures cute, cozy ocean cottage vibe and plenty of room. It was everything we hoped for and more!

Well that was fun! This place has a great energy if you know what I mean. A lot of care went into the space and set up. The kitchen has all kinds of spices and cooking utensils. The fire pit area is very nice. The whole area was great in my opinion. The layout is nice for the house and the bathroom is very spacious. There is a lot of fun decor around to view. The instructions in the house were very helpful. WiFi instructions with QR code, TV remotes and how to with easy to follow instructions. We took some pictures to use for our own rentals. There are a lot of extra items like a beach tent, rain ponchos, fire starter for the fire pit and a BBQ available. Not much more you could ask for.

I have to say this cute little bungalow serve me well! The veiw from the deck was amazing! I could see the Oceanside beach, the rocks and then down towards Netart! Great location! Luckily the weather was great and I was able to open the door utilizing the screen and listen to the ocean day & night! When I got cool I had a little stove that warmed the place right up! Nate seems to stock lots of extra little things and that was nice if you forget something!!! The bed was extremely comfy and I slept very well!. If I come to Oceanside again I will check in to see if the Heart on the Hill is available…Nate was a wonderful and helpful host!

My partner and I enjoyed a beautifully relaxing anniversary here at this charming house by the beach. We loved the character of the design like the pirate decor and ocean themes throughout the home. Everything felt very comfy and cozy!

Very conveniently located and easy to walk everywhere in town. Central to lots of restaurants, cafes and a local winery room. Looking forward to visiting Manzanita again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Stevie’s! The perfect little cottage with everything you could need! We loved our morning walks to the beach, and our evenings in the hot tub! Loved how close it was to places like tillamook, cannon beach, and seaside! It was PERFECT!
