Excellent house in Tijucas - SC.

Bosque da Mata is a pleasant neighborhood in Tijucas, very quiet, excellent for hiking, a bakery 400 meters away, a supermarket 1.5 km away, where the night reigns with the peace and quiet typical of a small town. A safe house, equipped with an electric fence, a covered garage, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite with air-conditioning.

Close to a supermarket and pharmacy. (access by car) Residential neighborhood near the lake. The beaches of Tijucas, Porto Belo, Itapema and Meia Praia are close by, but you need a car to get there. Cheap and close to many sights.

@pontalnortetijucas For couples and families. Cheap to see nearby sights. Private land and house. Nearby, we have beautiful beaches such as Porto Belo, Itapema, Governador Celso Ramos, etc. The beach where the house is located is an estuary and although the water is clean, the bottom is muddy.

The house I rented for the weekend exceeded my expectations! Parking is very nice, providing security and amenity. The home is big and extremely cozy, perfect for resting and enjoying the time in comfort. In addition, the location is excellent, with nearby markets, which made it very easy to stay. I recommend and would definitely return!

The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, and were very helpful and flexible from our first conversation. The place is quite peaceful, the house is very good and spacious, but needs some minor repairs. It has a good kitchen, but we missed many utensils. The house has a beautiful pool, however, as it is one of the biggest attractions of the house, in our opinion it would deserve to have some support equipment, such as chairs, umbrellas, etc. but in general our stay at the house was very good

An amazing weekend in this wonderful home. The house has a very good space in the bedrooms, in the living room and especially in the gourmet space connected to the pool. Bathrooms with great showers, good towels, all necessary utensils in the kitchen, everything great. Not to mention that Dirceu is super attentive and promptly helped us when we needed it. I recommend it to everyone.

Spacious and comfortable house in Pereque

Great stay! The location is close to everything we need (pharmacy, market) and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The house is comfortable and clean. Morgana was an exceptional host, helping us in everything we need. Efficient and thoughtful communication. Would recommend!

Beautiful house 200 meters from the sea

The house is very nice as seen in the photos posted, it is big and comfortable. There are things to improve like everything for example for 10 or 12 people several kitchen items were missing. The location of the house is very good, on the corner there is a very large supermarket and the main avenue, regarding the distance to the sea is not the one published but it is 380 meters but you arrive quietly and quickly. Jonas is an excellent host. He responded to every request we made and always willing to answer questions. The last 2 days there was a problem with the bathrooms that could not be used correctly but since it was Saturday and Sunday they did not get a technician to solve it.

The place is very beautiful and well cared for, full of details. The waterfall is a separate item and made us happy, it was so delicious. The lake is also very beautiful. The comfortable and spacious environments. There's a really nice wood stove for cold nights. Super safe. A d. Anice very attentive and available. I highly recommend it to everyone. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent host, super comfortable and familiar house. It has all the required infrastructure and within walking distance of business and the beach. Also, a very safe area.
