My little cabin sits on 20 acres, right off HIGHWAY 285. Only 720 sq ft, it offers two bedrooms and a great kitchen plus washer and dryer and full bath. We have new hiking trails on the thirty acres around us. One can also walk right into the Carson National Forest and have another 40,00 acres to roam. 59 miles to Santa Fe, 35 miles to Taos. 3 RV hookups for extra charge. Horses allowed. High speed internet! We must haul water in so PLEASE CONSERVE! 5 minutes to the hot springs

We enjoyed our stay so much and definitely recommend it. The place was surrounded by a beautiful landscape/nature with some close by hiking trails. Lynne and Sid were so friendly and helpful during our stay. (Also, friendly animals too!)They provided clear directions and were available to answer any questions. The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was a nice location to take day trips to Abiquiu/Ghost Ranch and Taos.

This place was even better then the discriptions and photos. Beautiful surroundings, songbirds in the morning with magpies. Just enough off of the main street of Chama that it's nice and quiet at night. Kept looking for the bears but I didn't see any. Saw deer a couple of mornings and an Elk, all from the front porch. When we got there it was raining so we stayed inside and it was wonderful and relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful cabin.

Historic Home in Downtown Chama

The house, when we stayed in it, had recently been completely remodeled and was immaculate. Jessica’s taste for decorating is terrific and the place felt like home as soon as we stepped inside. She had bottles of cold water in the fridge and chocolates on the counter… very nice! The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy. The complete kitchen is perfectly set up for putting together family dinners. As our vacation stay approached, Jessica was super-communicative and helpful when it came to checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. In the evening, we walked a short two blocks to Fosters Saloon and had a great time. The Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad was only one block further. We will definitely choose to stay here when we return to Chama to ride the train again!

Great location in Chama - walkable to all the restaurants & shops. Well kept house, with plenty of space, DirecTV & games for in house entertainment. John was very communicative as a host, quick to respond & very thorough with details. We would definitely stay here again.

Amanda’s place is truly a piece of calm and beauty. The river is a short walk and there is a sauna right on the banks of the river where you can dip in for a cold plunge right after 🥶. Amanda is a very welcoming host and made sure I had firewood for my nightly fires on the patio fire pit. The casita is clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely be back.
