Sunny Attic Apartment with Stunning Coastline and City Views

Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

Gracias, mil gracias Franco, Fiore y Cristian, tu alojamiento fue estupendo, pero adicionalmente, fueron las personas más atentas y serviciales que pude conocer en Vico Equense, gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa, su alojamiento es fantástico, tiene todo lo necesario para vivir un paso por Vico Equense, inolvidable, espero que la vida me alcance para volver Vico Equense y tener el gusto de hospedarme en su apartamento.

Our stay at Maria's was almost perfect. The place itself is spotless, very well cared for and has everything one might need - even a complimentary bottle of wine and some snacks. Maria is a great host and always in touch. We got all necessary instructions and great recommendations from her (make sure you visit Frate Cosimo for a very good pizza with a view). The only problem we had is that Google Maps has an incorrect location for a provided address and we couldn't find the place right away. Until it's fixed I would suggest contacting Maria for the exact location before you go.

Excelente lugar, limpio, te dejan cafecito y cosas para la limpieza lo cual me pareció genial, cumplió con las expectativas, igual que en las fotos, al principio nos costó ubicarnos pero luego fue todo fácil, muy cercano al metro para trasladarse a Sorrento o a Napoli y además cercano al bus de recorrido hacia la costa Amalfitana..

Great location, Great villa, Great views and above all lovely host! Alessandro is a fantastic host, he made our stay very pleasant by going above and beyond - always responsive and helpful when we needed guidance. He helped us with lots of local tips and recommendations. This villa is in Vico equense which is less touristy than Amalfi or Positano and made it a lot more appealing for us. The villa itself was lovely and well maintained. There is a supermarket nearby for all immediate needs and Alessandro and his mum were super helpful when we needed anything. It’s easy to get to Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano from here by train or by car. My husband I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Highly recommend this location and this villa!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! I have never before wanted to cry upon leaving accommodations up until now..but this place, also Barbara our host and owner of the villa and the surroundings made this place spectacular. For me there is no other place near Naples that can top it. If there were 10 stars I would love to add that. I guess what’s most important to people sometimes is location and if you’re looking for beauty and serenity spaciousness AND absolutely to die for sunsets, moments that make you feel like life cannot possibly get any better. This is the best place to experience all that . pictures can’t possibly do it justice. Our host made everything extra special for us. We had a long 18 hour journey. She met us there with lunch ready helped us when we had emergencies and crisis. We even enjoyed a dinner with her family. We didn’t feel like just guest. We felt like family. We were not just some people staying at her place. we were taken care of and cared for.

this is probably one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed at! it's a little off the beaten path but very large and has everything you need. you can't walk to places is the only downfall but if you have a car or are willing to take a taxi you are stellar! host is very sweet and this is a family-owned Airbnb. parking is a little iffy but we may do just fine

Una vacanza da sogno. Struttura ampia, luminosa, pulita, vi sono tutti i confort non manca di nulla. Clima dolce, con il sole dell'ottombrata mare di giorno e nel giardino di sera con il barbecue sempre funzionante. Rimarrà un bel ricordo. Consigliatissimo.
