Waterfront holiday rentals in Thurston County

We loved staying at Renu's place. The grounds and lake view are so peaceful and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the TV was great for watching some baseball games, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. We also loved getting out on the lake in the kayaks. This was such a great location to spend time with family.

Our stay was AMAZING! One of our most favorite places we’ve ever stayed! So beautiful with the most amazing views! Tons of space, inside and out! Impeccably clean and equipped for comfort. So private, peaceful, tranquil, and safe! Yet still just a short drive to get anywhere you need to go. The hosts are the nicest people we’ve ever met! At our request, they took their time to chat with us about the area and provided great guidance. They were so thoughtful about our needs, but also respect their guests privacy. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful experience on all fronts! We hope to be back again soon!

The stay at Joes was great. It’s quite the hike up the driveway since we cannot park down in the bottom but totally doable especially because he allows you to unpack at the bottom! We just happened to be there for a softball tournament so we had lots of gear to pack in and out. The ONLY thing I’d ask for is to put a mirror in each room, due to having only 1 bathroom and the mirrors available only in one room and not all 3 was a little difficult for the women in the house but we made it work. It was nice, quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend!

We love staying at the Dekoven Inn! This is our go to spot to stay in Tacoma now that we don’t live there anymore. Very responsive communication, friendly caretakers, and the grounds are beautiful whether you’re there in winter, spring, fall or summer!

Our stay was amazing! Everything we needed was provided. The view was awesome and had a big relaxing lakeside view with chairs. Firepit provided to make s’mores and hang out by the lake under the stars. Would stay again! 10/10

Our stay here was amazing! It was so beautiful here. Even some of the local residents that live here were so very nice. So peaceful and quiet. Loved the fire pit, kayaks, & BBQ Grill. This place was perfect for just 2 people. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even lift us a little card and a gift card to the Donut place down the street. It had all the basic necessities that you would need. The complimentary waters and coffee was a huge plus because we didn’t get in until really late. Loved the view from our room. Can’t wait to come back again for another stay!

My youngest son and I had a great weekend getaway. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed board games, throwing rocks in the lake, and soaking in the hot tub. It had everything we needed!

Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. Just one thing... there is a tree blocking the view of Mt. Rainer. I have never hated a tree before, but I definitely hate that tree. 😝

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house—truly the best Airbnb my family has ever stayed at! The property was peaceful and absolutely stunning, with incredible views and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. We brought our jet ski and had an amazing time out on the water, which made the experience even more special. Griffin was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and always kept us up to date throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and it’s clear he takes great pride in maintaining the house. Everything was spotless and well cared for, making our time there relaxing and memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is magical! I truly felt like I was on a vacation where I could just stay put and not leave the property whatsoever. The views are to die for and the marine life was sublime! Hope to come back again. I took my 20 something daughters and they both felt the same way. They kayaked and were kids again examining all the seashells, crabs, etc.

Relaxed and beautiful location for our family of 3 plus dog. The trek from the house to the beach was, fast and easy with the paddleboards - even the dog enjoyed being out on the water! Lots of room to hangout and have fun. The karaoke battle was pretty epic! Thanks Mike & Eva!

What a wonderful home. Well appointed and everything was new or renovated. Pictures are accurate. We used the paddle boat even though it was cool and mostly rainy. I highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay again. Great value!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The space was more than enough for everyone to be comfortable, with plenty of beds and room to spread out. Even our grandmother, who uses a walker, was able to get around the house with ease, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the fire pit and used it every night—such a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of activities. The location was also perfect for attending St. Martin’s Graduation, just a short and easy drive away. The house was clean, well-equipped, and full of great amenities like the hot tub, sports court, and private dock. The hosts have clearly put thought into creating a fun yet peaceful getaway, and we really appreciated the care they put into the home. Highly recommend for large families or groups looking for a relaxing lakeside retreat!
