Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Thu Thiem

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

The place is very nice, sunny, has trees, small but airy, comfortable, I like it very much.

place was as described, quiet area with plenty of food options around walking distance. khoi was responsive whenever we needed assistance

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

The place is exactly the same as what is shown in the photos. It was clean and well kept. Though there was an ongoing construction at the time of our stay, the Circadian staff did a great job in communicating this with us and managed our expectations well. We rented an Airbnb but it almost felt like we booked a hotel with how great the service was. I definitely recommend Airbnbs managed by Circadian. Job well done!

The apartment was lovely, had everything you could need for your stay in HCMC. It had great views, great technology throughout, our favourite was the jet steam closet! Would definitely stay here again for our next visit :).

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

The room is clean, hygienic and tidy, a good experience

Excellent apartment, great location! A little noisy in the evening because of the amusement park nearby and construction, but at 10 pm the noise subsides. The biggest disadvantage is the very dirty floor in the apartment. Otherwise, I really enjoyed everything. Thank you so much! We will be in Ho Chi Minh City, we will definitely stay here again.

The location is great, you can walk out of the apartment to the river and the view is amazing.The host was very nice and quick to respond to.The equipped pool next door is great too.I would recommend my friends to choose to stay again.

Great location, on top of a shopping mall was really convenient. The apartment lift is operated by facial recognition with direct lift access to the mall.

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

The location is very nice, the first floor of the apartment can also be connected to Landmark's underground food street, the accommodation is reasonably priced, the focus is the feeling of home, it really is amazing, the next trip to Ho Chi Min's words, this apartment is definitely the first choice

Host Thang was very responsive and helpful host. Airbnb was clean. Recommended!

I stay here before, it's safe with a guard at the site at all time. Convenient stores downstairs if you need a quick snacks and drinks. Place was clean with a washer and dryer, and it's about a 5 minutes ride to district 1. Recommended.
