We were in the area for a family wedding. Valou's apartment is super well located and it allowed us to visit Montreuil Bellay, and to take small walks! Everything was perfect, the cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable and the bedding is super good! The equipped kitchen allows you to have lunch on site and the small touches on arrival are appreciable (coffee, tea, etc.) The environment is very quiet. Thank you Valou for the very good communication and responsiveness, and the good advice :-) We recommend 100%!

The hosts were incredibly warm and accommodating. Despite missing my last train due to a delay, Angelique went above and beyond to rearrange my check-in, ensuring a smooth experience. The apartment itself was stunning, located on the first floor and just a short 12-minute walk from the train station—an ideal location that's also close to central. The only pointer is that there's the need to remove bedsheets before departing for an early bus. While not a major issue, streamlining this aspect would elevate the guest experience even further. 5 stars nonetheless!

We had a wonderful three weeks in this historic apartment right near the hub of Saumur. Walking to all the sites, restaurants, and amenities was very easy. Parking really was no problem either. The apartment is overall fantastic. Beautifully decorated and reasonably well-equipped. Our only suggestions would be to provide a larger (and softer) bed in the master. We are small humans( 5’2” and 5’10”), and even my feet dangled off the edge of the bed. We felt like the mattress was really hard too. We got used to it, but a nicer bed would be appreciated by future guests. As there has been a lot of attention to detail in creating this space, for longer stays, I would add more glassware (champagne flutes, in particular), storage containers, scissors, more mugs and flatware. Lastly, better lamps in the rooms for reading at night would be super. We would stay here again, no doubt. And we loved our time in Saumur. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us!

central accommodation in a semi-pedestrian area of RARE cleanliness. very well equipped. excellent bedding. Barbara is super responsive when needed both before arrival and during the stay. i really recommend it.

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect with a love of detail was at work here. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surrounding area from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Quiet dispite the very central location

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Aurelien's rental. It was a good central location. It can be a little loud at night due to the windows open up onto the square, but that is not a fault of the flat - just something to be aware of if you are looking for a more quiet stay. It didn't not last late into the night and we slept easily. We would highly recommend the flat to anyone looking for a central location. Aurelien was very responsive to all our messages when we needed help with where to go to obtain certain things.

Nice little accommodation, very well equipped and well decorated. It is located in the historic center, which allows you to walk around and enjoy good restaurants in the evening. Perfect for a long weekend. Very good instructions and good advice from our hosts. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great stay in this accommodation, in a peaceful environment that invites tranquility. Ideal for relaxing after a good day at Puy-du-Fou! The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped and the bedding is of very good quality. We'll be happy to go back!

We were very satisfied with this short stay at the end of June in this impeccable, pleasant apartment, and even if the kitchen area is very small, it is very well equipped... nothing is missing... perfect for 2 people. It is located in the center, near the town hall and yet very quiet... 50 m from the Loire with the possibility of a pleasant walk or bike ride... well located also to visit the region: troglodyte villages, castles... etc. In short, a good place to stay.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very lovingly furnished, had high-quality kitchen appliances, very comfortable mattresses and was very large. The only small negative point: Unfortunately, there was no direct access for us (AirBnB) from the garage via the courtyard into the house. You had to walk around the block. But overall highly recommended!!

We had a perfect stay at Véronique and Jean-Jacques's. The place is ideal: quiet, impeccably maintained, with a splendid garden and a magnificent view. A true haven of peace. Communication with Véronique is very easy, she is available, accommodating and full of attention. Upon our arrival, we had the pleasure of receiving fresh eggs, and every day, Véronique offered us filtered water. A simple but very appreciated gesture! The hosts are welcoming, very caring and discreet. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the area, and the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake: a real moment of relaxation after a day of sightseeing!

Compliant with the ad, photos and descriptions. Very responsive host, good explanations. The PLUS is clearly the terrace with its jacuzzi. Recommended for a romantic weekend getaway.

I had an exceptional stay in this apartment! Everything was absolutely perfect: the jacuzzi is a real plus for relaxing, the massage chair pure happiness, the ultra comfortable king size bed, and the air conditioning very appreciable. The welcome was warm, professional and attentive from start to finish. You immediately feel at ease, like you're at home, but better! I recommend it blindly and will be happy to come back.
