Designed for 2 adults (possibility of accommodating 1 child with folding bed or baby cot depending on age) parking space, free access at any time, gate and key box with code. 22 m2 studio with shower room and toilet, desk area and kitchen area. CHECK-IN AFTER 5PM DEPARTURES NO LATER THAN 11 A.M. only one pet allowed in the studio no pets alone in the studio dog must be leashed at all times

The property is also equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
