Impeccable and very nice accommodation, perfect for a stay in the countryside

Very nice quiet house with two large bedrooms. There were a few basic products missing in the kitchen (oil, salt, sugar, etc.). Note that this accommodation is located in an agricultural environment (market gardening), with the possibility of tractors being present.

Wedding weekend at the Château de Brie (if you are sightseeing in the area, this beautiful estate is worth visiting) we enjoyed our few hours of rest in Jeannette's very peaceful little house. We couldn't meet but we had very good exchanges with Jeannette to prepare for our arrival.

beautiful spacious house with all the comforts. 3 bathrooms. Small but nice garden with a nice gas BBQ. on Thursdays, the town lives up with the market at 100 meters from the door. Had a nice holiday.

What a wonderful spot to get away! Truly beautiful views and if you like to hear the birds, this a must stay. Very quiet for sleeping. Lots of space for us to spread out in the large kitchen area and the outside covered patio. Conveniently located near Perigueux, 15 minutes to most services. Please note: There are steep stairs to the upper level and you walk through one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom to get to the third bedroom. Second bathroom on upper floor. Worked just fine for our family. Lots of lovely paths for walking. Laura and her family are lovely. Definitely recommend.

Very nice little house with major assets: view, quiet and the Nordic spa! Very comfortable house with neat decoration, very functional! Ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside! A big thank you to Laetitia for offering us such a beautiful service.

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Sophie and Craig were the perfect hosts, they were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a welcoming (and much appreciated) basket of goodies waiting for us on our arrival and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The gite was just as described and the perfect place to unwind. Lovely views throughout the meadow and surrounding area, the natural pool was a delight. The chickens provided fresh eggs for breakfast and the dogs, Roo and Ted are adorable. We had a great stay at Rebecca's, the accommodation is as described. Rebecca is a very responsive and accommodating host. The house is large and well-equipped for family gatherings. We would recommend it without hesitation 🙂

Marja was very friendly as soon as we arrived, she made sure to book us a restaurant, so we could eat, because we arrived late. Regarding the accommodation, it is just impeccable, swimming pool, garden, trampoline, tennis court, we enjoyed it! If you are looking to relax, connecting with nature is a perfect place. There are plenty of little hikes around, and the starry sky in the garden is just beautiful.

This was easily one of the most relaxing, wonderful places we have ever stayed. 5 days away felt like a month's holiday. Beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful, lovely house. Lots to do in the nearby towns and villages. If you go, you'll want to stay longer and return.

Excellent stay in Fanlac (couple with a dog) Christophe and Karine are friendly, responsive. The village and its inhabitants are peaceful and warm, not to mention little Vanelle. You will not regret your stay with them and in this beautiful region that is the Dordogne. we loved it.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

The loveliest airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!! The owners are so accommodating and their cats and dogs are so sweet. The views are incredible and the gite was perfect- had everything we needed even coffee and every kitchen utensil you could think of! There’s also a BBQ you can use if you’d like. The pool was perfect for the heatwave (and the aircon!) and so tranquil. There’s a book in the room that the hosts have put together with info about local attractions and recommendations that was very helpful! If you want a peaceful get away, it doesn’t get much better than this!

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. We came for a wedding but we loved the location of the nest so much. Really the feeling of being in a bubble. Between sheep and birds with a view of the forest. The terrace is a call to yoga 😊 I will have definitely put my suitcases there. Ideal for finding yourself in peace. We loved it.
