The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The home was clean, and the host was very responsive. We felt right at home. It is located near serene places, and the locals are friendly and warm. It feels like a true connection to nature.

It’s a beautiful villa right near the highways which made sightseeing much easier. And it was so spacious we couldn’t find time to explore everything within the house. There are less restaurants nearby on Swiggy but still we can order food. Local attractions like boating, beach and railway station are all 10-15 mins away. Host is responsive and within a call away when needed.

The home itself was perfect for my needs - it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A huge plus for me was having a parking spot available, and the kitchen was well-equipped for making meals. The location was unbeatable - close to town for exploring, and with a top-rated bakery less than 1.5km away (perfect for grabbing delicious pastries!). Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be back for another stay in the future!

It was a great experience to staying at Bijis place. It was a luxurious home as listed. We really enjoyed everything, very clean and pristine. Host is very responsive, Location is bit away from the city that makes us feel at home - calm and quiet. I wish to go back one day and stay there. It is better to have your own transport arrangements as their is no major restaurants near by, but we enjoyed the night shops close by.

Had a great time at the stay hosted by Saira. The property itself has a very unique and vintage feel to it. The rooms and other spaces where set up in a simple yet elegant manner which gives you a sense of peace and serenity. It's surrounded by greenary at the same time very close to the town. The rooms and the bathrooms were kept very clean. Additional mattresses and mats were available so was linen and blankets. Kitchen had all necessary equipments for cooking. Coming to the host herself, Saira was very responsive and helpful from the day of the booking. Her and her family's presence ensures that the stay will go smoothly. She was there for any and all questions or suggestions we had. All in all it's a great stay with a great host. I wouldn't think twice about booking again.

We had a great stay at Dew Drops. All basic amenities were present and Madhav was always available and responsive. He also helped us with contacts for kayaking and local sightseeing. Regarding the property itself, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and there is ample space in the main area with a dining table and sofa beds present. The kitchen has basic utilities available such as mineral water, plates and utensils. The property is situated close by to usual sightseeing points (~10-15 mins to local kayaking and house boating points) and autos are easily available from the main road.

We really enjoyed our stay, Sfeffi’s apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a good rooftop terrace with views of the lake. The location was good as regards walking into town and access to the lake. There are some good small independent shops close by, Kerala Art Emporium is worth a visit for local clothing and handicrafts. There is a supermarket next door and a juice bar. Dipen is a great asset, he is always available to assist in any queries or problems regarding the apartment.
