They have wonderful authentic Chinese food - look for the Chinese menu. Try the aubergine hotpot with ground pork and chilli, the steamed tofu with scallops and black bean sauce and the salt and pepper prawns. We've been going there since we moved to Brighton in 2001 and it's stayed just as good.
