Tips from locals
Don’t leave Cuba without experiencing the energy of a Rumba show. El Callejon de Hamel has show every Sunday around mid day 12:00- 14:00.
Callejon de Hamel is a narrow alley in Havana filled with lively colorful murals and sculptures made from bathtubs, hand pumps, and pinwheels. It offers visitors to Cuba’s capital a taste of the city’s local art.
If you are interested in seeing abstract and surrealist art you can not miss visiting the Callejón de Hamel, the Afro-Cuban streetart cathedral, located near the Malecón in the Key West neighborhood. I have been visiting on Sunday and this day there are live music concerts and quality
