The history of the most important submarine factory in Tsarist Russia began in 1912, when St. Petersburg businessmen Emanuel Nobel and Arthur Lessner, after whom the port is named, built a submarine factory here. A total of 12 modern submarines were built here. Kai Art Centre, the Proto Invention Factory, and the Technoclub Hall are located in the historical industrial buildings of Port Noblessner, which has won the award for the best urban space in the Baltics. Here, you will also find a seafront promenade, a marina, and some of the city's best eateries and galleries. Additionally, numerous events are hosted here.

It has some of the most prestigious restaurants in Tallinn and a renowned art gallery. The fanciest restaurant for fine dining is 180 and it also got a Michelin star this year! Lore bistro and Kampai are also very popular and loved and you can also sit outside and enjoy the view while dining. Finish the dinner with an exhibition in Kai art Centre.
