Historical Fort McHenry is best known for it's role in the war of 1812, when it successfully defended Baltimore Harbor from an attack British Navy.

You can Uber, or take a scooter, or I recommend take the water taxi. Historic, great views; National Park maintained by the Federal government; tours of the barracks and more. Views of the Francis Scott Key Bridge – see where the Star Spangled Banner was written!
