The Airbnb is away from the crowds of downtown in a suburban neighborhood on the far north end of Austin providing a quiet get-away. Even though in a lot of ways it typical suburbia, there are still some great destinations nearby. The Brushy Creek Regional Trail is over 10 miles long and is paved most of the way. There is a connector trail head just a couple blocks from the airbnb house (see the map). This is a great place to walk, jog, or mountain bike. It runs a long a creek, past a lake, and there are even some waterfalls off the trail. It also connects to several parks, playgrounds, and a couple splash pads. A system of technical mountain bike trails also connect to the trail system. Kayaks can be rented near the dam to use on the lake.
