he water of this massive, ornate stepwell from the 8th & 9th centuries was reached by 3,500 steps. An excellent step well and probably one of the best-preserved in all India. It is easy to find in the village and parking can be found locally. The stepwell is a very interesting place with lots of informative boards around explaining the history.
