Such a special place- a real experience to go here. In the winter you can rent cross country skis or enjoy a sleigh ride to get there. In the summer you can drive up. Excellent food- prix fixe menu. Real charm and atmosphere in a rustic cabin. Insane views from there and on the drive up- leave 45 mins to get there and savor the ride. We love the Elk Loin, and the spinach and mushroom crepes- everything they do is delish! Closed in the fall until Dec 15

This log cabin restaurant is nestled at the base of a mountain and is great for lunch or dinner summers and winters. Definitely make a reservation.

X-Country ski or sleigh ride into restaurant. Very fun and great atmosphere. Expensive food but very delicious and great experience.

Cross country ski, snowshoe or take a horse-drawn sleigh ride under the stars to one of Aspen’s most romantic restaurant settings. It is about a 40 minute drive up to Ashcroft (so you will need a car). Reservations are required. In the summer they are open for lunch.
