When you get off the tube at Leyton station, walk across the pedestrian crossing and down the steps to the Mills Superstore area. There is an enormous ASDA, Local BIG supermarket and cheap. You can get all the food you need there. You can also buy clothes and anything else you might need including all kitchen wares etc. Not that you will need them in our flat.

Asda is probably best for groceries if you want a supermarket. There is cheap petrol too, and TK Max, Homebase, Next all in the same place.

Leyton Superstore (10min walk): Close to the Leyton tube station, you can find ASDA (food superstore and pharmacy), Fitness First (Gym), Subway, Burger King and other shops.
