Crumbl has a wide variety of delicious (and huge) cookies that you will definitely enjoy. Because they rotate their flavors every week, I don't have a recommendation other than the sugar cookie. All of them are amazing though!

Another cookie delivery service, Crumbl has a wide variety of cookies with both standard and rotating flavors. My favorite is the sugar cookie! There is another location near the Boise Towne Square Mall in Boise on Franklin Rd.
