德山寺俗稱巖仔，位於竹山鎮德興里德山巷七號，供奉觀世音菩薩。德山寺周圍環境優美，前有清水溪，後方則有大片青翠竹林，白色建築及綠色屋頂使人平靜，民眾前來參拜之餘，也會欣賞此處的好山好水，是平時休憩踏青的去處。
