Grand Victoria is a cosy restaurant run by Alex's parents. They travel a lot in Europe and have a beautiful taste in Russian and European cuisine dishes. Open 12-24, saturday - day off. English menu and english speaking waiter George will be at your service. Dishes - borsh, sterlyad/osetrina.
