If you've never tried Ethiopian food, this is where to start. Close to the Fairfax shopping district, this spot in "Little Ethiopia" makes authentic Injera (Ethiopian Flatbread) and the Dorowot (spicy chicken stew) is excellent.

Featured on Food Network's, "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", this restaurant serves vibrant, traditional, and the best Ethiopian cuisine in a casual but somewhat romantic bistro setting. Two thumbs up!!!
