Awesome outdoor"tiki bar". Lounge chairs on the lawn overlooking Lake Monona. Just a lovely spot to watch the sunset with good friends and a beverage or two.

Within walking distance and a very low key place to grab a drink right on the lake. Sometimes they have music or food carts.
