EN: RIA DE ALVOR: Taking a long walk on the Meia-Praia beach white sand, you’ll arrive next to the Pontoon of ‘Ria de Alvor’. A protected natural landscape with a magnificent view where the river sweet water meets the ocean saltwater and one can see Serra de Monchique (Mountain) above the water of the River mouth. You can also go to the river beach there. Must visit. For the more adventurous, it is also suggested a bike ride along the Meia-Praia Road to the Ria de Alvor, passing through the Palmares Golf Course, near the sand. Very calm and relaxing.
