The Town purchases an annual fishing license, so you do not need your own. You will need to register for the Virginia Fisherman Identification Program, which is a no-charge program. Registration is quick and easy.

You can fish for free from the pier, the town covers the fishing license. My kids have had a lot of fun crabbing!

The famous Cape Charles LOVE sign! Ans a great fishing pier for crabbing and fishing and sunset viewing. The large public beach to the right is perfect for the kiddos!
