Forget everything you know, or think you know, about tequila and prepare to be schooled in a fun way. This bar has around 120 tequilas on its shelves: some extremely rare, and most much smoother and flavoursome than the spirit you’re used to in late-night shots. Cocktails include the Roberto’s Especial: with fresh apple juice, cucumber, and three herbs. Order a drink and you’ll be handed a complimentary bag of spicy popcorn in a brown paper bag. If you’re after something more substantial, the bar has snacks delivered from Butter restaurant next door. Their crispy chicken burger with corn chips, chipotle mayo, cheese, and jalapeños is very tasty.
