Just off Broad is perhaps the best venue for smaller concerts in Nashville, The Ryman . Known as “The Mother Church of Country Music” it housed the Grand Ole Opry for many years and today is rebounding with big name artists from all genres. You can often get last minute tickets to shows from locals on Craigslist. Intimate and iconic...take in a show if you can!

The Ryman Auditorium is where the Grand Ole Opry originally began. It is the Church of Country Music and has daily tours. If you can ever get tickets for a performance there it is always worth your while.

My favorite live music venue in Nashville! No matter what seat you get, you are close and intimate. I would check out your favorite band here or just pick a random artist, I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Over 100 years old, the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville is THE stage where legendary artists such as Hank Williams, Sr. and Patsy Cline performed. Bluegrass music as we know it was forged by Bill Monroe and his Bluegrass Boys on this very stage in 1945. The Ryman also offers behind-the-scenes tours and outstanding exhibits.

"The Mother Church of Country Music" If you want to get to know the true soul of Nashville, go on a tour during the day. They have guided and self-guided tours available for a pretty reasonable price. The space still serves as a concert hall as well. If you can snag a ticket to an evening show, you won't be disappointed.
